We get a lot of great comments about the quality and taste of our food. We take pride in the fact that we don’t run out and cook everything at your site. What you may not know is that our Competition Barbecue Team has won several awards for our ribs and pork! The State Barbecue Championship of Nebraska and The Iowa State BBQ Championship are are just two of the events that we came home with ribbons!

Several of us attended the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions trade show in Orlando a few weeks ago. It’s a chance to see the latest in inflatables, games and also visit with people in our industry. We purchased several new items and are considering many others.
